Director Biography

Born in 1971 in Sanandaj. Jamil Rostami began his professional career as an assistant cinematographer, assistant director and planner in 1987. In 2002 he made his first short film titled The Trouble of Being a Boy which was screened in 24 domestic and international Festivals and was awarded several prizes. Requiem of Snow is his first feature lenght film.
