How to Purchase

To purchase any products like CD, Book, MP3 or eBook, use the search or browse through our pages and simply add items to your shopping cart wherever you see this icon beside a product across lachini.com: Show Items in Your Shopping Cart

After adding an item, you may proceed to payment or close the shopping cart and continue adding more. The shopping cart icon on top right corner of the page, shows the number of items in your shopping cart as you add more items and is maintained across our website.

In order to remove an item from the shopping cart you'd like to order, click on red cross icon in front of the item in the cart.

Once you are happy with the list of items, proceed to payment. You don't need to open an account with us, all we ask for, is your name and an email address so that we can email you the download links after we receive your payment. Payments are processed on third party sites and your credit card / bank card information is never stored in our system.

When you buy a physical item like, CD or Paper Book, you will need to provide the shipping address. You'll also receive a download version (MP3s for CDs and PDFs for Books) while you wait for your package.

Our CDs and Books are manufactured on demand using Amazon's service. However when you buy directly from Amazon, you won't receive the download version from us.

Delivery of Purchased Products

As soon as your payment is processed, you will receive an email with the download link for digital MP3 music files(and PDF sheet music). For CDs or books, we ship same or next business day from US or Canada - you can expect your package in mail within 5-10 business days.

Physical products will be shipped by Airmail CanadaPost or USPS, within 2 business days of your order and we charge a flat rate of $6.00 throughout the world. If you need a faster service, please get in touch with us by email.

Currencies

All prices on English pages are quoted in US dollars, the prices on Persian pages are in Toomans (10xRials). When you get redirected to third party sites to pay, you may choose your own currency and the exchange rate of that date is applied to your total.

A Note to Our Returning Customers

As you know, the online store on Lachini.com has been in operation since 2001 and throughout the years, we have upgraded the store many times. If you have an older account that you'd like to access, please write to pegah with enough information so we can retrieve your account details. In our new store you don't need an account to purchase.

Refund Policy


Since most of our products are downloadables, we can't offer refund after download unless there is a problem with the download files. We offer exchanges however if you believe you bought something by mistake.
